Use case

Health and supplements on WhatsApp

Usage questions and reorder timing are the recurring messages. The agent answers from your own copy and escalates anything medical to a person.

What customers ask

  • "How often should I take this?" — answered from your product information
  • "When should I reorder?" — answered from what your packaging says
  • "Can I take this with my medication?" — handed straight to a human, by design

What changes

Routine questions are absorbed, and anything clinical is escalated rather than improvised.

What does not change

The agent answers messages it receives. It does not chase customers, it does not send campaigns, and it cannot act on an abandoned cart today. If a vendor promises you those without showing you where to switch them on, ask again.

  • No visual workflow builderAutomations run on an event-driven engine, but there is no drag-and-drop editor for authoring them in the app.
  • Commerce-event triggers are not selectable yetThe engine supports orders, checkouts, customers, products and fulfilments. Merchants can currently switch on the inbound WhatsApp message trigger only. The rest are rolling out.
  • No abandoned-cart recoveryThe checkout trigger is implemented in the backend but is not merchant-selectable, so no customer can be messaged unprompted.
