What every plan includes
The limits differ between plans. The capabilities do not — a free account gets the same agent, inbox and Shopify data access as a paid one, just with lower ceilings.
Answers from your live catalogue
The agent searches your indexed products semantically, so a question like "do you have this in a medium?" is answered from your real products rather than a script.
Reads live Shopify data
101 Shopify operations available to the agent: 33 on orders, 18 on customers, 38 on products and 12 on inventory. It can look up products, variants, stock levels, orders and fulfilments while it replies.
Nine languages
The admin and the storefront widgets ship in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese (Brazil) and Turkish. The catalogue index is multilingual, so product search works across languages.
A human is one click away
Hand any conversation to a person, per conversation, at any moment. The agent stops replying when you take over and stays out of the way.
What no plan includes
Stated here rather than discovered after purchase. These are limits of the product today, not of your plan, and paying more does not lift them.
- No bulk or broadcast campaignsThere is no campaign feature. You can create and manage WhatsApp message templates against Meta from inside the app, and the agent replies to customers who message you.
- No visual workflow builderAutomations run on an event-driven engine, but there is no drag-and-drop editor for authoring them in the app.
- Commerce-event triggers are not selectable yetThe engine supports orders, checkouts, customers, products and fulfilments. Merchants can currently switch on the inbound WhatsApp message trigger only. The rest are rolling out.
- No abandoned-cart recoveryThe checkout trigger is implemented in the backend but is not merchant-selectable, so no customer can be messaged unprompted.
- No revenue, ROI or cart-recovery-rate metricsThe dashboard reports conversations, messages, workflow executions and success rate. It does not report revenue or ROI.
- No recommendation or personalisation engineThe agent searches your catalogue for what a customer describes. It does not model customer preferences or build a profile.

Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. It includes 1 AI agent, 100 messages a month, 100 workflow executions a month and up to 100 products indexed.
Is there a free trial?
A 7-day trial of Small Business or Growth Business starts when you choose a paid plan during setup. Upgrading later from Settings starts the subscription immediately, without a trial.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, in USD, on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.
What happens if I exceed my message allowance?
Message and workflow-execution limits are enforced, and the app returns a limit error rather than silently dropping messages. Move up a tier from Settings if you expect a busy month.
Do I pay extra for AI or language model usage?
No. AI and language model processing is included in the plan rather than billed per token, so a busy month does not produce a separate invoice.
Why is the Corporate tier not on the App Store listing?
Corporate is reachable inside the app but is not published on the listing. We do not offer it to merchants who require documented compliance artefacts until our security work is complete.
